He is long in the tooth, injury prone, and he animatedly supported Michael Vick. That is just a primordial cocktail of filthiness! I don't think he would be good as a young mentor to the younger guys, as he tends to talk to much trash - trash he can't back up on the field anymore. If he was a valuable commodity, you know someone like New England would have gobbled him up, because they can never have enough receivers to throw to up there. Jerks.

In all truthfulness, I would be much more open to the idea of Terry Glenn coming to the Dolphins. I would say he has had the better of the two careers, and isn't going to be a mouthpiece off the field. The young guys could learn more from him, than they could from Horn. Personally, I don't want either of them.

Re: Dolphins say “Thanks, but No Thanks” to Horn

Dont need someone with negative views with a young team. Wait a couple of weeks when there will be larger pool of receivers looking for work.

Re: Dolphins say “Thanks, but No Thanks” to Horn

Not that I don't have faith in Ginn Jr and Hagan...but they are young and inexperienced...Horn would be a good addition, someone to learn from, and can contribute right away
