All NFL rookies should be treated the same way. It teaches them&lt;br&gt;respect and keeps them from getting big heads. Outside of the Big 10, probably not many football fans had heard of Tom Brady.  But playing for Lloyd Carr  prepared him for the mental toughness required to play in the NFL.  If Chad Henne can even be half as good as Tom Brady, the Dolphins probably have their best possible QB successor to Dan Marino on the roster now in Chad Henne.  Listen and learn Chad.
